Our services are educational and transformational in nature.

The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update its service offerings at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform active clients of any material changes to programs they have enrolled in.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your purchase.

Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, all coaching packages, group programs, masterclasses, and digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted or the program has commenced. This policy reflects the significant energetic, intellectual, and creative investment made in preparing and delivering our services.

Exceptions

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in the event of: (a) a documented technical error on our part that prevents access to a digital product, or (b) a cancellation by the Company of a program prior to its commencement. Any approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at [email protected] is considered a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies in the event of an improper chargeback.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, course materials, program content, written materials, audio, video, and other materials on our website and delivered through our services are the exclusive property of Heather Kauffer Enterprises, LLC and are protected by applicable U.S. and international intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

How to Cancel SMS (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 727-334-8554. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier's network availability and coverage.

No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services necessary to deliver the SMS communications.
